I’m experimenting with what I can do with Google Ads, so you may see more advertising showing up on this page. Hopefully, it’s not too distracting or intrusive. I think Google’s text ads tend to be pretty unobtrusive in general.
I’m actually toying with the idea of starting another website. Advertising may be a way of helping to pay hosting fees. I’ll post more about my ideas here as they develop.

So I drop by your blog to see if there’s a new entry, and the google ad at the top of the page is:
CUSTOM ESSAY IN 8 HOURS: Creative writing free of plagiarism. Time proved writers. Prompt delivery. ProfEssays.com
I’d be leery of having a service that would use the phrase “time proved” write a paper for me… I find it a rather ironic ad for someone who just received a degree in English. Gee, I hope you didn’t avail yourself of their services for any of MY classes!
Doh! You caught me. And I thought I was being clever…
And what the hell is a “time proved writer” anyway?
Call me crazy, but this webpage is somewhat cluttered with ads.
Tom, you are soooooooo crazy! It’s tough trying to balance the ads versus content. For some readers the number of ads on this page may be too much, but hopefully most aren’t turned off by them and choose to stay for the content. Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
Nah, I don’t think the ads are overboard. They blend well, which helps a lot. If you really have a thing against ads, RSS is the answer – subscribe to the feed. I’m sure Ray won’t mind
LOL. Thanks, Leroy. Next I’ll be getting complaints about the RSS ads…
