It's so common for us to have many different roles and responsibilities today that it's easy for life to get crazy. At any given time, I have to be a father, blogger, programmer, friend, son, etc, and still try to be my own individual person. With all of these things pulling at me, it's really difficult to push everything else out of my mind and focus on that one single task at hand. When I do, though, I find that I'm able to get it done much more quickly and efficiently. Lots of practice can build this into a regular habit. Thanks for your comment! Like what you said, I later found that many of the tasks that I did were "sh*tty". It's hard to get things done in this way.
