I know there are a lot of times we come to a new blog and want to say something encouraging, but just don't have any idea what to say. This is even more of a problem when we're pressed for time or our brain is just too worn out from all of the other things of the day. These are great tips and I like Mike's comment about finding new blogs and first posts to give a little to the newbie bloggers. You can find a lot of good new-ish blogs that way. Excellent point on the encouragement, and I think this could be another challenge for me to take on down the track. ;) We older bloggers should certainly be all about encouraging new bloggers.
