Strangely enough I thought only big blogs are more targeted, but it can happen to anyone. I agree that all hacking is malicious. Violating someone's website or blog is plain wrong even if they had the power to do much more serious damage. Amazing when people weigh their actions by the gravity of the damage done as if they should receive an "atttaboy" for not destroying your blog.
