I have gone through similar experiences to know what it is like. i finally discovered the difference between being alone and solitude. That has brought a great deal of change in my outlook and I am much better off for it. "Only when one is connected to one's own core is one connected to others. And, for me, the core, the inner spring, can best be re-found through solitude..." Anne Morrow Lindbergh. May I recommend a great book to read? Letters To My Son, by Kent Nerburn.
