This is quite interesting for people like me. I found that this is very difficult to change an employee mindset for a person like me after eighteen years of service in government sector. I am trying, but feel so hard to think about that. Changing a job within 3 to 5 years is alright. I wish you all success for future posts on employment issues, searching for a job etc.

This is an interesting subject for me as I do a lot of work in employment. People do seem more and more dissalusioned in their work.

Most young people now a days have not been exposed to theories of motivation. Starting with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the field has been expanded to include innumerable surveys. Posts on this subject should keep your blog alive and vibrant for a long long time.

Hi Phyllis. Thanks! Yes, maintaining a blog can be incredibly time consuming, especially in the beginning. I’ve been blogging for over two years now and it’s gotten quite a bit easier as I’ve learned how to do things. It’s still (obviously!) a challenge for me to keep posting sometimes, but it’s been rewarding, to say the least. The trick is to find the right balance. I appreciate the ideas you have here, and the links. However, it really takes a fulltime or nearly full time person to manage all of the links, ads, and signups, don’t you think?
